WRAPmail (OTC: WRAP) Announces an Automated Solution Creating Interactive Email Letterheads (WRAPS) for Google+ users

WRAPmail, Inc. (OTC: WRAP) announced today that it has released a new solution enabling users to sign up for free with their Google+ account. WRAPmail’s software then automatically creates a WRAP (email stationary) from the users Google+ profile featuring their image, name and other information pulled from Google+ using their API. This follows the release of the same solution for Facebook and LinkedIn users. The WRAP is created in seconds and then sent to the user with instructions on how to start using WRAPmail using one of our toolbars available for Google Chrome, Firefox, Apple Safari and Internet Explorer for Gmail, Yahoo, AOL, GoDaddy and Microsoft Hotmail/Live/Outlook/365. Users of cell phones or email clients receive instructions on how to change their email setup to route their emails through our servers where they will be WRAPPED.

“I am very excited about this release that will make it possible for over 100 million Google+ users to have an automatically created interactive email stationary/letterhead that they then can use with all their regular emails,” stated Rolv E. Heggenhougen, WRAPmail’s CEO. Heggenhougen added that: “We will also soon release an automated feature where these email letterheads (WRAPS) will automatically update themselves as users update their Google+ profile with new images and/or information.”

CEO Heggenhougen further commented that, “We believe that these automatically created WRAPS can lead to mass adoptions and soon be self-perpetuating and that obtaining a 1% success rate (about 1M Google+ users) is feasible.” Heggenhougen concluded that “should we reach only 10% of our 1% goal we will have added about 1M daily emails that are WRAPPED (as users send about 10 emails each per day).”

The solution is free with 3rd party ads (minimum 7 ads) or available for $50/year with no 3rd party ads. Direct signup is at: http://pro.wrapmail.com/signup/agreement.asp (Facebook, LinkedIn and Google+ signup at top of page).

The idea behind WRAPmail is to utilize the facts that almost everyone have websites, social network site(s) and also send emails every day. These emails can become complete marketing tools and help promote, brand, sell and cross-sell in addition to drive traffic to the website and conduct research. WRAPmail is available for free (with 3rd party ads) or for a small license fee.

WRAPmail’s revenue models are Advertising Revenue through our own Ad Network where users can advertise in other user’s emails (predominantly in the free user’s emails), license fees from ad-free and Enterprise clients and Premium licensed Sports Team and Celebrity WRAP Sales to Fans.

WRAPmail is a Google Apps vendor, Google Affiliate and also compatible with Google Analytics.

WRAPmail charges advertisers a minimum of $0.005 per impression and $0.25 per click. There are a minimum of 7 ads in each email sent from free users so when we have successfully signed on advertisers each email generates a minimum of 3.5 cents revenue for WRAPmail. Our goal is to attract advertisers as volume grows with the following milestone targets:

1. 10k free users sending 10 emails each/day = $3,500/day revenue to WRAPmail

2. 100k free users sending 10 emails each/day = $35,000/day revenue to WRAPmail

3. 1M free users sending 10 emails each/day = $350,000/day revenue to WRAPmail

(1M users would represent <1% of total Google+ users)

We have no estimate whether and when these targets will be met, but we believe that this Google+ auto-WRAP solution could easily start feeding on itself as new signups let their Google+ friend know about WRAPmail.

WRAPmail will set aside a minimum of 10% of its advertising revenue to share with its free users with its goal that all free users make money every time they send an email.

Furthermore, WRAPmail helps search for missing children with every email sent by free users by incorporating an RSS feed from the Center for Missing and Exploited Children – see Huffington Post article by clicking here.

WRAPmail (OTC: WRAP) Chairman Update to shareholders

WRAPmail (OTC: WRAP) Chairman Update to shareholders

February 19, 2013 9:00 AM ET

Business:

Any business with a website and employees that send emails can benefit from WRAPmail. This makes us geographically independent and industry independent. Today we have over 6,600 clients from all over the world in almost every industry one can imagine. My statement to everyone I talk to is always the same: “You and the rest of the employees are sending the email anyway so why would you not advertise your business at the same time?”

Business clients can remain free (WRAPmail PRO) but if so they now get a minimum of seven 3rd party ads placed below their WRAP (interactive email stationery). Clients can upgrade to WRAPmail PRO+ and pay a license fee of$50/user/year and thus avoid the ads. There are over 1 billion business email accounts in the world today.

Personal:

There are over 1 billion people with a Facebook page, about 300 million people with a LinkedIn page and millions of people on Google+ and other social networks.

We created a new system where users can sign up with their Facebook account, LinkedIn account or Google+ account and have a WRAP automatically be created based on their social network profile. All of these accounts are free and each WRAP comes with a minimum of seven 3rd party ads (but also these users have the option to pay a license fee of $50/year and the ads go away). Users simply sign up by clicking on the social network they want on the top of our home page (www.wrapmail.com) and within seconds they receive an email in the WRAP that was automatically created with their profile image, other images, text and built-in links.

As we looked for other large potential markets we found an opportunity for affinity WRAPS where users can select their favorite Sports Team, artist or celebrity and purchase a WRAP to use with their regular personal emails (about$15 each). Not only does this give the person signing up a great personalized WRAP featuring their favorite Team, Celebrity or Artist but they also become part of the affinity marketing team by virtue of simply sending emails like they always do. Many Teams and Celebrities have millions of Fans so if only a fraction of these purchase a licensed WRAP the revenues generated can potentially be massive on an annual basis. WRAPmail recently announced a partnership with Esther Branded Entertainment Group (EBEG) for marketing the Fan WRAP solution and simultaneously announced the signing of Rock and Roll Hall of Fame member Lou Reed with over 600,000 fans on Facebook alone.

3rd party Advertising Network:

Ads currently come from Google Affiliate Network but our goal is that all these ads will come from our own ad network as soon as we reach critical mass that will attract advertisers. Our own ad network is built out and ready so anyone with a WRAPmail account can create an ad and then select what emails they want the ad placed. Ads from our own ad network are priced at $0.005 per impression plus $0.25 per click. Each email sent by a free user could generate a minimum of $0.035 when we have our own advertising network being used. Ads in personal emails are extremely attractive as people who get emails from people they know typically always read them and thus cannot avoid seeing the ads. In the future we can also pinpoint these ads to interests of both sender and recipient. WRAPmail’s advertising module is already built into every user’s Dashboard.

Our first goal is 10,000 free users that each send 10 emails per day. If this attracts advertisers in our own advertising network we could achieve daily revenues of 10,000 x 10 x 0.035 = $3,500. The next goal would be 100,000 users which could generate daily revenue of $35,000 or about $12.7M/year. 100,000 users represent less than 0.01% of all Business users, less than 0.01% of Facebook users or about 0.03% of all LinkedIn users.

Potential game changers:

We have created many opportunities and any one being successful could be a major game changer:

  • Signing of a major company (defined as a company with 10,000+ employees) to use WRAPmail for all employees;
  • Signing of a major independent agent network such as a Multi-Level Marketing Company, Real Estate or Insurance Agent Network;
  • Domino effect from Facebook, LinkedIn or Google+ automated WRAPS where new users beget new users and volume drives advertising revenue, or
  • Signing of a major Sports Team, Celebrity or Artist (over 5 million Fans) which could create a ripple effect to other Teams and Celebrities when realizing the revenue opportunity from Fans marketing tickets and merchandise.

Assuming we successfully obtain funding for marketing in particular I feel the future is very bright with tremendous opportunities.

WRAPmail (OTC: WRAP) Announces partnership with Esther Branded Entertainment Group for Affinity solution for Fans of Sports Teams and Celebrities

Launching Lou Reed as first artist to offer Fans a WRAP for their emails

NEW YORK and FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Feb. 12, 2013 /PRNewswire/ – WrapMail, Inc. (OTC:WRAP) announced today that it has entered into an agreement with upstart branding house Esther Branded Entertainment Group (EBEG) for EBEG to market its affinity solution where fans of sports teams, celebrities, and music artists can purchase a licensed WRAP (interactive email template) to use with their regular emails to show their affinity to their favorite team,   celebrities or artists.

Tom Sarig , EBEG’s CEO  commented that: “The WRAPmail Fan solution is an amazing opportunity for artists, sports teams, and really any celebrity with real brand equity alike to gain massive additional exposure while at the same time giving their fans an opportunity to show their affinity with every email they send anyway”.  EBEG’s President, Amanda Levine-Pilla , commented that: “Taking advantage of already existing email venues  and  large fan bases could easily lead to significant additional revenues for the artists and sports teams as WRAPS also feature images and links to their respective merchandise and ticket sales”.

President Amanda Levine-Pilla adds “We have already signed on Rock N Roll Hall Of Fame member Lou Reed who currently has over 600,000 fans on Facebook alone.” CEO Tom Sarig further comments that “ Lou Reed ’s webshop will feature WRAP(s) for sale immediately”. Lou Reedadds that “This will give all my fans a new way to use their emails and I am also convinced it is a very smart business decision on my behalf.”

The potential revenues to artists, celebrities and sports teams is massive and the t formula which WRAPmail and EBEG have come up with shows that artists, celebrities and sports team can potentially earn incremental income in the millions of dollars, and all from providing an exciting new branding bond with their respective fans.  EBEG and WRAPmail have made conservative calculations for artists, sports teams and celebrities on what this formula can mean in terms of revenues for all involved parties.  The suggested purchase price for an affiliate WRAP is approximatelyUS$14.99.  These WRAPs are customized with the fan’s image and name, and fans get to ‘wear’ their WRAP around their emails just as they would wear their favorite sports team’s or artist’s T-Shirts. The WRAP not only promotes ticket sales and merchandise through images with embedded links but fans get to show their affinity for their favorite sports teams or artists each time they send an email.

WRAPmail Founder Rolv Heggenhougen says “We could also see an opportunity to solicit advertising in the WRAPmail Toolbar which works with Gmail, Yahoo, AOL, Microsoft LIVE and GoDaddy for Microsoft Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Apple Safari and Firefox.”

WRAPmail (OTC: WRAP) Announces an Automated Solution Creating Interactive Email Letterheads (WRAPS) for LinkedIn users.

Fort Lauderdale, January 16, 2013

All LinkedIn users can now automatically get an email stationary based on their profile to use with their regular emails.

WrapMail, Inc. (OTC:WRAP) announced today that it has released a new solution enabling users to sign up for free with their LinkedIn account. WRAPmail’s software then automatically creates a WRAP (email stationary) from the users LinkedIn profile featuring their image, name and other information pulled from LinkedIn using their API. This follows the release last month of the same solution for Facebook users. WRAPmail (OTC: WRAP) Announces Affinity solution for Fans of Sports Teams and Celebrities

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Jan. 14, 2013/PRNewswire/ –WRAPmail, Inc. (OTC: WRAP) announced today that it has completed developing its affinity solution where fans of sports teams and celebrities/artists can purchase a licensed WRAP (interactive email template) to use with their regular emails to show their affinity to their team or favorite celebrities or artists. WRAPmail already has an agreement with a European soccer team that will be the first to offer its affinity solution to its fans.

“The idea came to us by looking at the massive fan bases for many sports teams and celebrities” says Rolv E. Heggenhougen, WRAPmail’s CEO.  CEO Heggenhougen further states that “some of these have tens of millions of fans, only a small adoption of which could potentially generate significant revenues for those involved”. “This could also be a potentially huge revenue generator for the teams and celebrities/artists if hundreds of thousands or millions of fans become their marketers” concludes CEO Heggenhougen.

Now that the system is developed, WRAPmail’s next step is to consummate more agreements with sports teams and celebrities to start marketing this to their respective fan bases. Anyone interested in such an agreement may contact partner@wrapmail.com.

These WRAPS will feature the team and/or favorite players, the celebrity and also ticket sales and merchandise sales, effectively turning fans into marketers. The WRAPS will also be able to be customized by the user with their own image, text and link (contingent upon the approval of the sports team or celebrity).

Pricing is not yet established, however, WRAPmail expects but that the cost of an official, licensed WRAP will be about the same as the cost of a t-shirt. Just like fans wear t-shirts they will with this solution be able to “wear” their favorite WRAP around all their regular emails.

WRAPmail will share in the revenue generated from the sale of these WRAPS with the team or celebrity/artist and expect not only to generate significant potential revenue for both parties but also be able to drive new revenue for the teams and celebrities. Every email sent by a user will help promote anything sold by the team or celebrity with potentially millions of emails sent daily by fans.

WRAPmail has noticed that some celebrities have over 30 million fans on Facebook alone, only a 1% adoption of which could generate about 3 million impressions daily (based upon 300 thousand users sending an average of 10 emails each per day).

The idea behind WRAPmail’s email marketing approach is to utilize the everyday realities that almost everyone has a website, social network site(s) and also sends emails every day. These emails can become complete marketing tools and help promote, brand, sell and cross-sell in addition to drive traffic to the websites and help conduct marketing research (through tracking analysis).
