WrapMail for Facebook

Rolv's Facebook wrap

With Free WrapMail anyone can now make a wrap from their Facebook profile
(or any other network profile for that matter). WrapMail’s free “Cloud”
solution lets users sign up and then create wraps from the WrapMaker located
inside the unique WrapMail Dashboard available to each user. In the
WrapMaker users can create wraps from scratch or chose a template and
combine this with an image library and customization.

The wrap you see have embedded links in both text and images so recipients
of the emails easily can click and then go to the respective web pages. The
links are tracked and reported in real time and in the report section of the
Dashboard. Feel free to solicit advertising for your wrap and turn WrapMail
into a revenue source.

WrapMail is ideal for any business that has a website and employees who send
emails in addition to all of us with private email accounts that we use for
friends and family.

Happy Holidays and make 2011 “The year of the WRAP” by signing up for free

WrapMail adds pictures of missing children to all emails

WrapMail has now added images of missing children in the US with a link to more information to the bottom of all the emails that go through the system. This way every single email sent using WrapMail’s technology is looking for the missing children. Our hope is that more exposures will lead to more recoveries and with WrapMail now being FREE the volume of emails are growing exponentially every day.

WrapMail’s focus is to turn every regular email sent into a branding opportunity for organizations. All organizations, both private, public and governmental have a need to get information out about their products and services and with WrapMail they accomplish turning the regular email into an email surrounded by images (with embedded links) so recipients can see what the sender is promoting. The system also includes real-time tracking so when someone clicks on a link in a wrap the sender is immediately notified of who clicked and where on the senders website they went.

WrapMail is also being used more and more by individuals that want to promote their social networking profiles, make birthday invitations or just create a wrap from a vacation. All these emails also feature the image and link to a missing child on the bottom.

Free WrapMail search for missing kids

We are pleased to tell the world that WrapMail has becomes free. The main reason we’re doing this is to help look for missing kids. Every single email sent by a WrapMail user will have an Amber Alert on the bottom which links to a site for more information. By making WrapMail free we expect a large increase in the number of users and the more users, the more emails are sent and the more impressions of the missing kids!

The signup will change, until it has sign up for free by using code: SOFIE and then enter dummy data in the credit card fields.

Here’s a sample of one of our wraps with an amber alert for Florida on the bottom:

The most inexpensive AND targeted advertising businesses are NOT using

Companies seem to ignore the single largest online branding/advertising venue available: their own regular external emails. Why not use these emails to market the senders company?

You have a website.
You send emails.

Why not multiply your sales-staff by “wrapping” the regular email in an interactive letterhead?

No other marketing or advertising medium is as targeted as an email between people that know each other (as opposed to mass emails). These emails are always read and typically kept.

WrapMail offers a solution that is server-based (i.e. compatible with all email clients), has a complete back-office with a WrapMaker, reporting etc and only charge $5 per user per month.

a new revenue source for local and federal government

Here’s an idea: the government can make Google type revenue by selling advertising in emails. Consider this example:

100,000 governmental email users send 10 emails every day, that’s 1M emails per day
Let’s say they add an interactive letterhead to these emails (promoting and informing with images, text and links) and reserves a portion of that letterhead for advertising
Further, let us assume they can fit 5 small ads (with embedded links) and sell these for 5 cents per impression: 5 cents x 1M = $50,000
$50,000 times a governmental year of 250 days would generate $12.5M
In the US there’s about 10M governmental employees that send emails so here the daily revenue would be 5 cents x 10M x 10 = $5M or $1.25b/year!
Who said the Government can’t make money?
What would the costs be? The cost of deploying WrapMail for the government would be about 25% of the revenue.
These emails could also help searching for missing kids, wanted criminals etc – i.e. combining promoting and informing about the governmental institution, find the missing and generate revenue at the same time.

WrapMail approved by Google Analytics and listed in the Google directory

WrapMail was just approved by Google for inclusion in the Google Analytics Application/Product Marketplace. The listing can be found here

WrapMail has for long been listed in the Google Apps Marketplace with both the Business and Educational email marketing solution.

Companies invest a great deal in their website which is often the only “store” where they showcase products and services. The challenge is to drive people to the website but as we all know, more people in the store will typically lead to more sales. Corporate employees send emails every day to clients, prospects, friends and others but these are plain emails that do not generate any traffic to the website.
WrapMail offers a solution that does not require any installation but that seamlessly adds interactive letterheads (designed by the client) to every outgoing email so that each and every one becomes a promotional piece for the company and when clicked delivers the reader to the website. Furthermore the solution tracks the clicks and reports who is clicking on what and when (also in real time), turning the system into a research tool.
This “hidden” advertising medium is probably the most viral available and the least costly, WrapMail only charges $5 per user per month (and a one-time signup charge of $150 which includes a custom wrap).

Wrap in use by Toshiba in the US

Here’s the article about WrapMail in last nights issue:

WrapMail: Another Way to Promote Your Business

Example of wrap currently used by Jan Geller, owner of PIP in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

If you’re interested in promoting your business via email but don’t plan to use an email service provider such as Constant Contact, you may be interested in a new company and product called WrapMail. We recently learned about this product and, although we have not tested and thoroughly reviewed it, it seems to be a useful and inexpensive tool for promoting your business and website.

WrapMail takes an ordinary email from you or anyone in your center and places a custom-designed branded border or wrap around your message that can contain links directly to your local website. It can be used as a branding tool or advertising medium. The service is flexible enough that individual users have the option to use or not use the wrap and if you have several wrap designs, decide which one they want to use at any given time. WrapMail wraps the outgoing emails in up to four frames with pictures, graphics, text, links and/or audio and it does this on the server level so there’s no need to change any routines on the desktop (the sender does not see the wrap). The best feature of WrapMail is that if you add a link to your local website, you will be able to track the number of visitors to your site from your emails.

The WrapMail service is $5 per user per month plus a small installation fee. Our only word of caution about this product to date is if a recipient has disabled HTML in their email client they will not see the wrap but only get the text you sent.
