Free WrapMail search for missing kids

We are pleased to tell the world that WrapMail has becomes free. The main reason we’re doing this is to help look for missing kids. Every single email sent by a WrapMail user will have an Amber Alert on the bottom which links to a site for more information. By making WrapMail free we expect a large increase in the number of users and the more users, the more emails are sent and the more impressions of the missing kids!

The signup will change, until it has sign up for free by using code: SOFIE and then enter dummy data in the credit card fields.

Here’s a sample of one of our wraps with an amber alert for Florida on the bottom:

The most inexpensive AND targeted advertising businesses are NOT using

Companies seem to ignore the single largest online branding/advertising venue available: their own regular external emails. Why not use these emails to market the senders company?

You have a website.
You send emails.

Why not multiply your sales-staff by “wrapping” the regular email in an interactive letterhead?

No other marketing or advertising medium is as targeted as an email between people that know each other (as opposed to mass emails). These emails are always read and typically kept.

WrapMail offers a solution that is server-based (i.e. compatible with all email clients), has a complete back-office with a WrapMaker, reporting etc and only charge $5 per user per month.

a new revenue source for local and federal government

Here’s an idea: the government can make Google type revenue by selling advertising in emails. Consider this example:

100,000 governmental email users send 10 emails every day, that’s 1M emails per day
Let’s say they add an interactive letterhead to these emails (promoting and informing with images, text and links) and reserves a portion of that letterhead for advertising
Further, let us assume they can fit 5 small ads (with embedded links) and sell these for 5 cents per impression: 5 cents x 1M = $50,000
$50,000 times a governmental year of 250 days would generate $12.5M
In the US there’s about 10M governmental employees that send emails so here the daily revenue would be 5 cents x 10M x 10 = $5M or $1.25b/year!
Who said the Government can’t make money?
What would the costs be? The cost of deploying WrapMail for the government would be about 25% of the revenue.
These emails could also help searching for missing kids, wanted criminals etc – i.e. combining promoting and informing about the governmental institution, find the missing and generate revenue at the same time.

WrapMail approved by Google Analytics and listed in the Google directory

WrapMail was just approved by Google for inclusion in the Google Analytics Application/Product Marketplace. The listing can be found here

WrapMail has for long been listed in the Google Apps Marketplace with both the Business and Educational email marketing solution.

Companies invest a great deal in their website which is often the only “store” where they showcase products and services. The challenge is to drive people to the website but as we all know, more people in the store will typically lead to more sales. Corporate employees send emails every day to clients, prospects, friends and others but these are plain emails that do not generate any traffic to the website.
WrapMail offers a solution that does not require any installation but that seamlessly adds interactive letterheads (designed by the client) to every outgoing email so that each and every one becomes a promotional piece for the company and when clicked delivers the reader to the website. Furthermore the solution tracks the clicks and reports who is clicking on what and when (also in real time), turning the system into a research tool.
This “hidden” advertising medium is probably the most viral available and the least costly, WrapMail only charges $5 per user per month (and a one-time signup charge of $150 which includes a custom wrap).
