More Real Estate for Lite

The hits keep on coming.  More real estate Wraps:  Assist2Sell, Prudential, Century21 and Coldwell Banker.  Agents will be able to upload as many listings as they want to their own personal library and up to 8 properties per email will be featured and will subsequently rotate with every email they send.  Individual links can be assigned to every property as well, so recipients can access additional information via the web when they click on the properties.  Just to reiterate, WrapMail connects two elements, 1) your website and 2) your email.  assist2sell

Again, every listing can be assigned its own link to either the agent’s site or the MLS.  And once any of the links are clicked, the system will send the agent an instant click alert via email, telling them who clicked on what link and when.  Wrap it up!

WrapMail for eBay Sellers

That’s right folks.  WrapMail now has a system for the millions of sellers on eBay.  Much like the others on WrapMail Lite, the eBay Wrap (below) will give users the same powerful email marketing software that Pro clients have come to love.

After signing up for the web-based system, eBay sellers will choose their email address and will then have access to a professionally designed wrap which they can customize with their picture and contact information.  Further, sellers will be able to upload as many listings/auctions as they want to their own personal library and up to 8 listings per email will be featured and will subsequently rotate with every email they send.  Individual links can be assigned to every listing as well, so recipients can access additional information via eBay when they click on the images.

WrapMail Lite for Re/Max Agents

WrapMail Lite is now available for independent agents with Re/Max.  Independent agents now have access to the same powerful email marketing software that WrapMail Pro clients use. After signing up for the web-based system, Re/Max agents will choose their email address and will then have access to a professionally designed wrap which they can customize with their picture and contact information.  Further, agents will be able to upload as many listings as they want to their own personal library and up to 8 properties per email will be featured and will subsequently rotate with every email they send.  Individual links can be assigned to every property as well, so recipients can access additional information via the web when they click on the properties.  Just to reiterate, WrapMail connects two elements, 1) your website and 2) your email.  Here is an image of the Re/Max home page:

Change The Spreadsheet & New MLMs

WrapMail is on a quest to change the paradigm of how companies use their email as a media tool.  During this journey we have spoken to a number of smart people in media, specifically, electronic media about our college program and the primary advice we get is ‘it has to fit on the spreadsheet.’  This refers to the spreadsheet that the entry level media buyer slaves over when preparing a media plan for one of the agency’s clients.  Right now, we don’t fit on the spreadsheet because our category does not exist.  So we are here to say – change the damn spreadsheet!!  I am confident that we will uncover the agency that is entrepreneurial enough to see the opportunity that lies within our college email ad network and will simply add a line to the spreadsheet labeled ’email ad network.’

We are moving ever closer to this being a reality with Broward College and are in discussions with two consumer brands to be the first to advertise.  It is too early to say who they are, but we can tell you that they are a consumer electronics manufacturer and a QSR that serves a type of food that college kids love.  More to come on that front as it develops.

Email marketing ‘to see increased investment’

Email marketing and customer relationship management on demand will be among the largest program allocations by technology companies by 2010, it has been claimed.

Research carried out by IT industry analyst IDC indicates there is currently a gap between what is being communicated to an audience and what consumers require.

The group added that with restricted marketing budgets and a continued focus on efficiency, effectiveness and return on investment, technology marketers and sales now need to focus on tactics that yield results.

Laura Nurzynski, group vice president of IDC’s global go-to-market and sales enablement services, commented: “Reaching the right target, at the right time, with the right information is critical to marketing and sales program success.”

Ms Nurzynski went on to say this requires coordination across the entire go-to-market chain, from market research to how the sales team is enabled.

Earlier this week, e-commerce advice group FuelNet claimed global firms are increasingly turning to email marketing in an attempt to attract and retain customers while cutting advertising spend.

WrapMail Lite Launches

We are pleased to announce the official launch of WrapMail Lite for independent consultants in multilevel marketing companies. Independent consultants now have access to the same powerful email marketing software that WrapMail Pro clients use. After signing up for the web-based system, reps will choose their affiliation or network marketing group by selecting a professionally designed wrap which they can customize with their picture, personal web site link & contact info, then, they can send emails and track their activity.

Currently, there are more than 30 companies that reps can choose wraps from with plans to have more than 100 multilevel marketing companies in the system by the end of January. Some of the current companies include: Amway, Arbonne International, Shop to Earn, Avon, Mary Kay, Monavie, Pampered Chef, Herbalife, and Your Travel Biz. The cost for the service is $4.95 per month or $49.95 for the year.  Here’s the full list of currently available groups to choose from:

Ameriplan
Amway
Arbonne
Avon
Creative Memories

The Wrap can be linked back to the sender’s unique web site, blog, or the corporate site. When the Wrap is clicked, the system will report who is clicking on the sender’s Wrap and when. With an estimated 15 million people in the U.S. involved in network marketing and more than 68 million worldwide, we thought this was a natural product for us to launch. Additionally, given the current economic conditions, we expect the activity in MLMs to increase and WrapMail Lite is a very inexpensive tool for independent reps to use to grow their business.

Wrap it up and stay tuned for more updates!
