Now you can use Google Gmail dashboard to send and receive all your emails and have them be WRAPPED

Google will let you add other email accounts you own under your Gmail account and then let you use Gmail to both send and receive these emails. WRAPmail can then WRAP them for free!
Existing Gmail users:
You need to set up a new email address on AOL for example (www.aol.com). Then you need to follow the steps as described below. You will do everything in the Google interface but all your emails will now come from and to your new AOL email address even when people send emails to your Gmail address. No email sent to your Gmail address will be lost!
Yahoo Users:
Yahoo is tricky as Yahoo is the only webmail provider we have found that charges for POP3 delivery of email. You have two choices, upgrade to Yahoo Plus or change email address to an AOL, Hotmail or other free email address and then also set up a Gmail address so that you can use WRAPmail and the Google dashboard.
All others:
Set up a free Gmail account by clicking HERE and then follow the steps below:
1. Log in to your Gmail account and click on the “gear” in the right corner and then on “Mail Settings”

2. Add your non-Gmail email account

3. Enter the name of your non-gmail account and click “Next Step”

4. Enter your non-Google information (consult your webmail provider if the information does not automatically populate): Then Click “Save Changes”

5. Now we need to add this account to your Gmail account so click the radio button that says “yes” in the next screen and then click “Next Step”

6. Enter your name and click “Next”

7. Check the 2nd radio button to send through another SMTP server and then specify as follows:
SMTP Server: mail.wrapmail.com
Username: You WRAPmail username
Password: Your WRAPmail password (case sensitive)
Chose Port 25 and make sure you check “Unsecured connection”
Then click Add Account

8. Confirm and Verify
Now a confirmation mail is send to your account
In that mail click the confirmation link or copy the confirmation code to the window and press “Verify”
Set the non-Gmail account as default

Response Rates & The Crunchies

Typical response rates for direct mail campaigns are 1% and typical response rates for an email campaign is around 2%.  Yes, some email campaigns may get a huge response in double digits, but that is the exception, not the rule.

WrapMail on the other hand, consistently delivers a near 10% response rate.  Our internal data shows that our customers experience a response rate of somewhere between 5% and 10% – with the mode being around 8%.  Think about it, you can garner a significant response from your existing customers and prospects by wrapping all of the emails that your employees are going to send anyway.  Doesn’t it stand to reason that a percentage of those that respond will turn into new business.

In other news, please vote for us for a Crunchie!!  These are awards that are hosted by TechCrunch, and you can vote by clicking the image below.  Don’t you think technology that blows away all existing results for email response rates would be considered innovative? We do.  Thank you for your support and vote!

WrapMail, web statistics and Google Analytics

WrapMail offers full reporting as far as what recipients are clicking on what element of a wrap (a wrap is the html surrounding the text that is delivered via a server so clients do not need to install software on any desktop or cell phone).

In addition to the reporting offered through WrapMail’s control panel clients can also find WrapMail’s unique links (that all start with t0.wrapmail if shared solution) in the referrer list when they check their website statistics using any statistics tool including Google Analytics.

Statistics will show how many new visitors were driven to the clients website directly from a sent email. For those who are not WrapMail clients these statistics are not available/possible.

We all send emails every day, why not use them to promote our own business?
